Meet The Team
Clean Fight Club™ is a family owned company located in beautiful Thousand Oaks California.
Tisha has been a fan of MMA for as long as she can remember, but it wasn’t until 2015 when she took her first heavy bag class at Bas Rutten’s ELITE MMA. Although she was not a superstar that first day, she was truly hooked, and desperately wanted to get better. As she was putting in the work, she also began a search for products that could help her improve in her kickboxing journey.
First, Tisha knew she wanted a target on her bag. She realized that she needed to see WHERE that liver was, and WHERE that spleen was. Imagining where they might be just wasn’t going to cut it when she wanted to work on her levels. Tisha was done endlessly punching that same imaginary 5’3” opponent.
Second, she wanted a better way to wash and dry those hand wraps. She had begun to loathe the Saturday afternoon ritual of washing, untangling, flattening, and hanging 5 pairs of 180” hand wraps over the shower rod to dry.
She knew there had to be a better way, but couldn’t find the specialized products that she wanted. She has responded by developing them for herself and for the other athletes out there who have the same needs, and the Tag ‘A Bag and the Wrap ‘N Roll were born.
TISHA NAGEL - FOUNDER
Tisha is a proud union member of Motion Picture Costumers IATSE 705. She holds an MFA in Costume Design from the University of Washington and is an artist, tinkerer, mom, flag maker and inventor of the Tag 'A Bag™ and Wrap'N Roll™. Tisha has a yellow belt in BANG Muay Thai under JJ Mortimer and Bas Rutten and a very new shiny white belt in jujitsu under Rodrigo Carvallo at Bas Rutten's ELITE MMA in Thousand Oaks, CA. Tisha dreams of someday hitting that beautiful head kick (without pulling a groin muscle) and looks forward to creating more kickboxing related tools in the future.
VIOLA & PATRICK DOANE
Viola Doane is the 'Face' of Clean Fight Club™. Viola has lots of opinions regarding the world of business and will be entering the 3rd Grade this year. She has earned a grey belt in jujitsu under Rodrigo Carvallo and studies kickboxing under Dana Hernandez.
Patrick Doane handles video production, and public relations for Clean Fight Club and is also a member of the I.A.T.S.E. Local 80 Grips. He holds a brown belt in BJJ under Rodrigo Carvallo at Bas Rutten's Elite MMA. Patrick has been a lifelong supporter of women's combat sports and is thrilled to be a part of Clean Fight Club™.
